Description
2 terrace houses, now each shop with flat. Early C19. Painted brickwork. Interlocking tile hipped roof, brick stack to right. 3 storeys, 4 bays 2:2. No.61 has C20 door and window infill set within original shopfront frame, panelled pilasters with decorated caps, flanking brackets to fascia, moulded cornice. No.62 has C20 door on left and shop front casement on right set within original flanking pilasters, fascia with shaped ends and cornice. No.61 has two 4-pane sashes on first floor, No.61 second floor and No.62 first and second floors have to each floor two 12-pane sashes. Dentil brick band course and coped parapet. On right of No.62 a first floor extension with open way under, 1 narrow sash. INTERIOR not inspected.
