Historic England maintain the only official, up to date, register of all nationally protected historic buildings and sites in England known as the National Heritage List for England. The NHLE should be consulted as the primary source of information for all nationally designated heritage assets.
The depiction of Scheduled Monuments, Listed Buildings and Registered Parks and Gardens shown on the maps on the Portsmouth Heritage Explorer are intended only as a guide. The maps do not mark the curtilages of designated assets.
