Description
House, part of terrace, now solicitors' office. c1820-30. Painted brick, roof concealed, brick stack to right. 3 storeys, basement and attic, 1 wide bay. On left 7 steps approach 4 panelled door with fanlight, moulded imposts to round arch. To right, 2-storey tripartite canted bay, (ground and first floors) ground floor has original centre and flanking sashes, first floor has 4-pane centre sash and narrow flanking sashes, thin panelled pilasters divide lights, brackets with pendants to cornice on first floor, panelled aprons. Second floor has 4-pane sash set under rendered flat arch, brick dentil course and coped parapet. C20 dormers. Basement has margin glazed sash. INTERIOR not inspected.
