Listed Building: 25 LANDPORT TERRACE, SOUTHSEA, PORTSMOUTH (1333168)

House, now offices. Early C19. Painted brick. Welsh slate mansard roof, brick stack to left. 3 storeys, basement and attic, 2 bays. On right 6 fielded panel door, upper panels glazed set in moulded architrave surround. To left a 6-pane sash. First floor has iron balcony and railings with Greek key frieze. On first floor, 2 narrow 3-pane casements, each with overlight lead to balcony. Second floor has 2 small 4-pane casements. Brick dentil course, coped parapet. Round headed dormer casement. INTERIOR not inspected.
