Description
2 houses, now one. Late C18, Late C20 restoration. Grey brick in header bond, red brick dressings. Plain tiled pair of hipped roofs. Brick stack at rear left and rear right. 3 storeys, 5 bays. 6-fielded panel door at centre, moulded panelled reveals and soffit, eared architrave flanked by recessed pilasters, pediment over on console brackets. Two C20 restored sashes to left and right of door and 6 original 12-pane sashes on first and second floors, each set under gauged red brick flat arch. Stone coped parapet over second floor. Door on right similar to centre door and surround but with projecting cornice over. 1 stone step to each door. INTERIOR has open string staircase with moulded handrail. Fielded panelling with date to one ground floor room and original fireplace restored.
