Description
House, now with shop. Early C19. Grey brick headers and red brick quoins and dressings. Plain tile roof. 3 storeys, 1 bay. C20 shop front with door at centre and flanking shop windows returning to Bishop Street on left, replaces former C19 front, original pilasters to right and to left of return and intact. First floor has 16-pane sash set under flat gauged brick arch, second floor 12-pane unequal sash set under similar arch. Brick dentil band course and coped parapet. Left return to Bishop Street has red bricks in Flemish bond to left of C20 shop front return. First floor has two 16-pane sashes and second floor two 12-pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
