Description
House. Early C19. Stuccoed. Paired plain tile hipped roofs; rendered stack to left. 3 storeys, 1 wide bay. Two 4-pane sash windows on ground floor in architraves with shallow brackets under sill. Late C19 tripartite canted 2-storey oriel window to first and second floors with 4-pane sashes, pilasters dividing lights, moulded aprons, friezes and cornices to each floor. Band at first and second floor levels. Coped parapet. Return to Penny Street has door to left of 6 moulded panels, with overlight, C20 bracketed head and canted bay window to right; sash windows set in architraves, some paired sashes on all floors. INTERIOR not inspected.
