Description

Terrace of 3 houses. Early C19. Buff brick in Flemish bond. Plain tiled hipped roof, each has brick stack to centre on rear pitch. Each 3 storeys, 1 bay. Each has on left 4 stone steps approaching recessed panelled door, 2 upper panels glazed, panelled reveals, flanking fluted pilasters, panelled dosseret frieze and dentil cornice. To right No.379 has 4-pane sash under flat gauged brick arch, No.383 has similar 8-pane sash under painted brick arch, No.381 has canted tripartite timber bay with central 4-pane sash and narrow flanking sashes, pilasters divide lights, cornice, panelled apron below. On first and second floors Nos 379 and 383 have 8-pane sash under flat gauged brick arch, No.383 painted, No.381 has on first floor sash, upper leaf 4-panes, lower 2 panes, second floor unequal 8-pane sash. Thin stone band cornice, coped parapet. INTERIOR not inspected.
