Listed Building: THE GRAVEDIGGERS PUBLIC HOUSE (1104367)

Public house. c1850. Stuccoed. Slate roof hipped on right, rendered stack to left and to right on front pitch. 2 storeys, 3 bays (centre bay blinded). On left is a 6 moulded panelled door and on far right a 3-panelled door each with overlight. Between doors are 2 public house windows, each set under flat arch with rounded corners, moulded panel below sill. Doors and windows flanked by panelled pilasters, fascia and moulded dentil cornice. First floor with flanking pilasters has on left and right a 4-pane sash, each with moulded architrave and keystone. At centre is a painted panel depicting 2 gravediggers, band cornice and panelled coped parapet. Attached lantern to top of each ground floor pilaster. Pub front returns on right facing White Cloud Place.
