Description
Observations were made during extensive renovations to 41 Broad Street in 1989. During the renovation much of the modern cladding material from the internal walls, and the timber from the first floor and roof structures was removed. The work revealed the survival of 17th century features, including timber framework, chimney stacks and a panel belonging to a wattle and daub partition wall.
