Description
Watching brief undertaken in association with the construction of new housing units. A total of 27 trenches were excavated and archaeological evidence, consisting of two pits, was uncovered dating back to the 16th- 17th centuries. Finds included pottery, clay pipe, oyster shells, roof tiles and a stoneware bottle.
