An L-shaped pit revealed during archaeological excavations in 1983. The pit probably formed part of the foundation to an unknown structure that once stood on the site.

Full Description

An L-shaped pit, containing an up-turned sink and a block of red brick. The sink was intact and probably dated to the late-18th/early 19th century. Both the sink and the brick had been used to form the foundations of an unknown structure that once stood to the rear of 7 Northumberland Road. The feature was excavated in Area A during excavations in Northumberland Road in 1983.
