Full Description
Several features recorded during excavations in Area A, Northumberland Road 1983, related to 19th century terraced housing. Three features (F3-6) represented shallow trenches left by the footings of the houses. Brick-earth/clay ridges (F14-15) probably represented garden wall footings, as they appeared to be on the boundaries between the houses.
