Full Description

Former St Andrew’s Royal Marine Garrison Church red brick with slate roof, nave with lower side aisles, and lower chancel. The windows are simple lancets with groups of five at east and west ends. There are similar churches at Deal and Devonport. [1] The Church was used as a Band rehearsal room [3] prior to being converted into houses in the 1990’s. The coverted building won the Portsmouth Society Best Restoration Design Award 1998 - Architect Nick Morris. [2]
