Full Description
Former City and Midland Bank built 1919 by T. B. Whinney. Single-storey, stone-faced building [1, p521]. Colonnade to side Flint Street elevation, and balustrade at roof level, adjacent to conservation area, remnant of former Kings Road shopping centre. Built c. 1921. [2]
Midland Bank until 1998 and then HSBC to c.2005 [3]. Opened as a restaurant in 2006. Currently (2014) called Koh Thai Tapas [4].
