Full Description

Modern office building now converted to residential use. It is of six-storeys with sixth floor set back behind parapet and green tiled roof. Green pillars between windows. Windows have been replaced. Built 1930/50. [1]

Art Deco six-storeyed office building, now flats. Built 1936-37 by Ernest J Thomas. Off-white stone facing and grey granite at ground floor. Green faience pilasters and green pantile roof. [2, p521]
