Full Description
The edition of the Hampshire Telegraph for the 21st May 1926 recorded that cremation burials had been found either side of the lane leading from Wymering down to Paulsgrove Lake and the old ford to Portsea. The burials were believed to have been Roman.
The exact locations of the burials are not known.
