Full Description
Former Reginald Road School designed by G. E. Smith. Three parts to original complex, red brick with stone dressings and slate roofs. Arts centre now in central two-storey section with prominent gables, which are round headed on the end bays, and triangular in between. To the east 2-storey 'Manual instruction' block now Highlands School and Pupil Support Services, triangular gables at each end above round headed first floor windows. Metal windows. Cumberland First School, Methuen Road was western part of group.
