Full Description
A row of five wooden piles on a north-west south-east alignment, recorded to the west of Mill Redoubt during an archaeological excavation in 2000. The piles were located just above the water table, and their function was unclear. It is not known whether a beam positioned horizontally at the north-west end of the alignment was related to the piles.
