Building MPM1763 - Copnor Road Methodist Church

'Central Hall' style Methodist Church built in 1932, although it appears to have been extended between 1932 and 1952 [1, 2, 3]. Central stone frontage with three entrance doors, above which are three windows either side of which are six classical pillars in four groups. The rest of the exterior of the building consists of red brick with stone dressings. The church replaced a temporary iron chapel erected in Copnor Road in 1911 [1].
