Full Description
Boiler House built in 1913. Single storey building with five bays, each with Portland stone arches. The walls are constructed of brick with stucco having been used on the lower 6ft. Portland stone copings, lintels and dressings. Slate roof with decorative rainwater headers at the gutter line. Cast iron lamp brackets at eastern corners. Entrance at western elevation, above which is a stone bearing the date and 'GR'.
