Summary
Former crossing keepers cottage c1847, now a private house. The level crossing was located at the junction of Copnor/Milton Road and Tangier Road, and was replaced by a road bridge in 1908.

Full Description
Former crossing keepers cottage built c1847, now a private house. The level crossing was located at the junction of Copnor/Milton Road and Tangier Road, and was replaced by a road bridge in 1908. The signal box on the opposite side of the railway line was removed. The building is constructed of stuccoed brick with ornamental lintels above the windows.
