Full Description
Former house at the northern end of the Priory School site (the school was originally the Southern Secondary School for Girls, see MPM498). The entries for the building on the 1911 census and 1939 Register show the house was occupied by the school caretaker.
Two-storey house in red brick with stone dressings. The original sash and casement windows still survive. The roof is pitched behind gables and clad with clay tiles. There are two ornate brick chimneys.
