Memorial in the form of a slate tablet bearing the inscription 'This monument is dedicated to the members of The Royal Navy, The Royal Marines, The Royal Fleet Auxilary and the Merchant Navy, whose names are recorded here. They gave their lives in the service of this Country and for the defence of freedom in the Falkland Islands and the South Atlantic 1982'.
The memorial was dedicated on 5th April 1984.
