Concrete base and a possible aerial support/mast footing recorded within an area along the margin of the former torpedo testing lake on Horsea Island during a walk over survey in 2016.

A concrete base and possible aerial support/mast footing were recorded within an area along the northern margin of the former torpedo testing lake during a walk over survey in 2016. This may have related to one of the Wireless Telegraphy Stations that were in use on Horsea Island between 1909 and the 1960s.
