Full Description
Shallow prehistoric pit recorded in a trial trench during an archaeological evaluation in 2021. The pit had a diameter 0.67m and was 0.26m deep. The fill consisted of loose yellow-brown silty chalk with flint inclusions and contained three fragments of Late Bronze Age pottery.
