Full Description

Two flights of concrete steps on the west side of London Road, Cosham. The steps are said to have been constructed as an access point for passengers to the Portsdown and Horndean Light Railway that was in operation between 1903 and 1935. They are situated nearly opposite the entrance to Chalkridge Road as London Road climbs up Portsdown Hill.
