Full Description

Sail loft and stores now sailing club. Early to mid C19. Stuccoed brick and brick. Roof of plain tiles, shortened brick stack to left. 3 storeys, 3 bays. C20 2-leaf central door with stone entrance steps, flanking walls and handrails. 12-pane sashes flanking door on each floor. 12-pane 2-light casement window to first floor over door. 2-leaf door over with hoist. Cambered arches to first and second floor windows. Circular panel set in gable. Coped gable. Iron tie on second floor to left of right window head. Left return of brick with sash windows under brick cambered arches. INTERIOR not inspected.
