Full Description

Anti-tank cubes/obstacles built in the summer of 1940 to protect the stretch of shoreline between Eastney Fort East (Eastney Barracks) and Fort Cumberland. The defences consist of over 280 concrete cubes each measuring approximately 1m square along a c400m stretch along the shoreline. [1]
