House. Mid C18. Stuccoed. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic. 1 bay. 2 steps up to door on right with 6 fielded panels set in reeded doorcase with overlight, flanking pilasters and small flat hood over with shaped brackets. Sash to left, and first floor. Moulded band over first floor window and coped parapets. Hipped dormer. INTERIOR not inspected.
