Two-storey stucco terrace with canopy, similar to Netley Terrace. Some windows changed and some boundary walls demolished. Built 1850/70. Covered by Article 4 Direction. [1]
The terrace is named as 'Aubrey Terrace' on the 1860 Ordnance Survey map. [2]
