Description
Former warehouse associated with Treadgolds (qv). c1850. Red brick in Flemish bond. Low pitch Welsh slate hipped roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Recessed 2-leaf C20 door at centre with blinded overlight set between 2 brick piers with splayed quoins. On left C20 door shutters and on right C20 window and door infill. Iron girder over front. First floor has three 16-pane sashes and second floor three 12-pane unequal sashes, each set under flat gauged brick arch. Right return at far right has original wide and narrow casements with cambered brick arches. INTERIOR not inspected.
