Full Description

29a and 29b Southsea Parade. 29a is a house built in 1860-2 by Thomas Ellis Owen, now South Parade Appartments. 29b was originally a pair of houses built c1880-90, later used as a hotel, now converted to flats.

The listing record records a date of c1880-90, but 29b does not appear on maps prior to 1910. This suggests a construction date of 1898-1910.
